Old Japanese nationalist Koichi Sugiyama is renowned as one of videogaming’s most important composers, and come March 1st you’ll be able to catch some of his Dragon Quest IX soundtrack played by Tokyo’s premier brass ensemble at a concert in the Dai Ichi Seimei Hall (a venue which claims to offer “A new encounter between people and music in a new area of town”). Tickets cost 4,000 yen and are available at your local Lawson – or via this direct Ticket Pia link – right now.
